- Oversee and lead the HR department across two workshops, including recruitment, training, and mentoring of team members.
- Administer HR programs such as compensation, benefits, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Collaborate with leadership and legal teams to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Provide consultation and guidance to management and employees to improve work relationships and resolve disputes.
- Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with California, federal, and local employment laws.
- Stay informed about HR trends and best practices to advise senior leadership.
- Champion a workplace culture that aligns with company values and promotes collaboration and innovation.
- Execute HR initiatives to support organizational effectiveness and workforce satisfaction.
- Develop HR financial strategies and manage budgets.
- Collaborate with international counterparts to address multicultural workplace issues.
- Minimize company exposure to legal risks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields; Master’s degree preferred.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or PHRca) preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish/English required; French language skills are a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of California and federal employment laws.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Proven ability to build collaborative relationships across departments.

Minimum of 10 years of dynamic HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or distribution industries.

Salary range of USD$150,000 - $225,000 annually, plus bonus opportunities.
