- Define and implement the HR strategy in collaboration with the executive committee.
- Provide advisory and support roles across all HR dimensions, including recruitment, training, social relations, and talent development.
- Facilitate the development of skills and expertise among talents.
- Construct budgets and forecasts, ensuring adherence to commitments.
- Oversee payroll management and coordinate annual salary review campaigns.
- Manage and deploy Maison and Group initiatives such as Pulse Survey and Career Compass.
- Participate in cross-functional HR projects, proactively contributing to the HR community with improvements and innovations.
- Lead a team of three, including a C&B Manager and two TA&Dev Managers.
- Master's degree in engineering, business, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 12 years of professional experience in human resources, ideally in a generalist role within a leadership team.
- Proven communication skills with the ability to mobilize around a shared vision.
- Strong business acumen and sensitivity to artisanal professions.
- Recognized for curiosity, innovation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Pragmatic and empathetic leadership with assertive and courageous communication skills.
