- Develop managers to ensure their teams deliver the Louis Vuitton Promise to staff and clients through consistent coaching and tailored development plans.
- Drive innovation and business growth by fostering a culture of engagement and high performance, enhancing productivity and retention.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as Louis Vuitton policies and procedures.
- Partner with Internal Communications for effective communication rollout across the region.
- Manage and administer the Performance Career Review (RISE) campaign to support and enhance team performance.
- Oversee the Organizational Management Review (OMR) for talent identification, development, succession, and retention.
- Collaborate with the Director of Talent Development and other HR leaders to maximize succession planning and development.
- Identify key training needs and work with the Director of Talent Acquisition and Retail Training to implement effective strategies.
- Lead the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager in developing a comprehensive talent acquisition plan.
- Advise and coach managers on employee relations cases, ensuring alignment with company policies and local legislation.
- Conduct complex employee relations investigations in compliance with company and local laws.
- Partner with the C&B Director to complete the Individual Compensation Review (ICR) annually.
- Ensure accurate payroll and benefits administration in line with local legislation.
- Significant experience (typically 10+ years) in a senior HR role, focusing on employee relations, talent management, and leadership development.
- Prior experience in a retail environment is highly preferred.
- Excellent coaching and mentoring skills with a proven ability to build a high-performance, engaged work environment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Expertise in handling complex employee relations issues and ensuring compliance with policies and legislation.
- Deep understanding of performance management processes and talent management.

Minimum of 10 years in a senior HR role, preferably within the retail industry.
The basic salary for this role ranges from $190,000 to $210,000, depending on experience, plus additional package.
