- Develop managers to ensure their teams deliver the Louis Vuitton Promise to staff and clients through consistent coaching and tailored development plans.
- Drive innovation and business growth by fostering a culture of engagement and high performance, increasing productivity and retention.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as Louis Vuitton policies and procedures.
- Partner with Internal Communications for regional communication rollouts as needed.
- Manage and administer the Performance Career Review (RISE) campaign and Organizational Management Review (OMR) to support talent development and succession planning.
- Lead the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager in developing talent acquisition plans for retail and regional office management positions.
- Advise and coach managers on employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with company policies and local legislation.
- Conduct complex employee relations investigations thoroughly and in compliance with legislation.
- Collaborate with the Compensation & Benefits Director to complete the Individual Compensation Review (ICR) annually.
- Ensure accurate employee compensation and benefits administration in line with local legislation.
- Significant experience (typically 10+ years) in a senior HR role with a focus on employee relations, talent management, and leadership development.
- Prior experience in a retail environment is highly preferred.
- Expertise in handling complex employee relations issues and ensuring compliance with company policies and local legislation.
- Deep understanding of performance management processes and talent management.
- Thorough knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Excellent coaching and mentoring skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Expertise in conflict resolution and employee relations.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
Minimum 10 years in a senior HR role, preferably with retail experience.
