Louis Vuitton Human Resources Development Project Assistant Intern

- Coordinate and lead the implementation of workshops and team-building activities, from needs assessment to content creation and operational management.
- Manage and monitor HR development initiatives, including talent pool maintenance and the creation of internal presentations and guides.
- Play a key role in the design and deployment of HR projects, focusing on mobility, learning community engagement, and talent development pathways.
- Facilitate coordination with various departments and support the rollout of initiatives to employees.
- Contribute to the tracking of key HR metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of initiatives.
- Create internal communications, including articles, infographics, and newsletters for distribution via internal networks and mobile applications.
- Currently enrolled in a Human Resources, Marketing, or Communication program at a business school, university, or equivalent.
- Previous internship or apprenticeship experience in a corporate setting.
- Strong interest in the luxury sector, with an understanding of the required excellence, attention to detail, confidentiality, creativity, and teamwork.
- Passion for learning, self-development, and curiosity about HR trends and innovations.
- Organized, meticulous, with strong analytical and synthesis abilities.
- Proficiency in French (written and spoken) and fluency in English.
Beginner-level experience, ideally through prior internships or apprenticeships.
Enrolled in a relevant program at a business school or university.
