1. Contribute to the design and deployment of HR development projects, including mobility initiatives, learning community engagement, talent pathway creation, and internal event organization.
2. Independently manage and coordinate the implementation of training workshops, webinars, and team-building activities, from needs assessment to content creation and operational deployment.
3. Create internal communications to promote HR initiatives, including articles, infographics, newsletters, and intranet content updates.
4. Oversee and track HR development actions, maintaining a talent pool, updating presentation materials, and monitoring key performance indicators.
5. Coordinate projects by liaising with various departments and local HR teams.

1. Currently enrolled in a Human Resources, Marketing, or Communication program at a business school or university.
2. Previous internship or apprenticeship experience in a corporate setting.

1. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
2. Strong organizational, analytical, and synthesis skills.
3. Attention to detail and confidentiality.

5. Interest in luxury industry trends and HR innovations.

Entry-level position suitable for students with prior internship or apprenticeship experience.

Enrolled in a relevant program at a business school or university.
