1. Contribute to the development of initiatives promoting retail careers to students and recent graduates.
2. Engage and manage the community of interns and apprentices at the EMEA headquarters and regional offices.
3. Support the promotion, sourcing, and community engagement of HORIZONS Retail program participants.
4. Facilitate the development of expertise and internal opportunities within the EMEA region.
5. Actively manage and promote the Louis Campus learning platform.
6. Support various projects within the EMEA Human Resources team.
7. Collaborate with the HR team apprentice to organize and coordinate training programs.

1. Organized and detail-oriented with a proactive approach.
2. Ideally, previous experience in a similar role.

1. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
2. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
3. Competency in Excel and PowerPoint.
