1. Contribute to the design and deployment of HR development projects, focusing on mobility, learning community engagement, talent pathways, and internal event organization.
2. Independently manage and coordinate training workshops, webinars, and team-building activities, from needs assessment to content creation, communication, and operational deployment.
3. Create internal communications to promote HR initiatives, including writing articles, designing infographics, and updating intranet and internal network pages.
4. Oversee and track HR development actions, maintaining talent pools, updating presentation materials, and monitoring key performance indicators to assess effectiveness and impact.
5. Coordinate projects by liaising with various departments and local HR teams.

1. Enrolled in a Human Resources, Marketing, or Communication program at a business school or university, or equivalent.
2. Previous internship or work-study experience in a corporate setting.

2. Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.

Beginner level experience, ideally through an internship or work-study program in a corporate environment.

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or Communication.
