- Participate in the design and deployment of various HR projects, focusing on mobility, learning community engagement, and talent development pathways.
- Manage and monitor HR development actions, including maintaining the talent pool and updating internal presentation materials and guides.
- Independently coordinate workshops and team-building events, from needs assessment to content creation, communication, operational management, and deployment.
- Coordinate with various departments to support the implementation of initiatives for employees.
- Contribute to the tracking of key HR indicators to measure the effectiveness and impact of actions.
- Create internal communications, including articles, infographics, and newsletters for distribution via internal networks and mobile applications.
- Currently enrolled in a Human Resources, Marketing, or Communication program at a business school, university, or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a corporate environment through an internship or apprenticeship.
- Strong interest in the luxury sector, with an understanding of the associated standards of excellence, attention to detail, confidentiality, creativity, and teamwork.
- Passion for learning, self-development, and curiosity about HR trends and innovations.
- Organized, meticulous, with strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Proficiency in French (written and spoken) and fluency in English.
Beginner level experience, ideally through previous internships or apprenticeships in a corporate setting.
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or Communication.
The internship includes an integration day with new employees to understand the company's values, and two evaluations with the internship supervisor to assess skill acquisition.
