- Coordinate recruitment processes for leather goods artisans, interns, and apprentices in collaboration with the recruitment officer.
- Conduct recruitment for middle management and executive positions from needs assessment to salary proposal.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment actions.
- Participate in Talent Acquisition projects at the headquarters and contribute to the Talent Acquisition community.
- Enhance and promote the employer brand continuously.
- Oversee the onboarding process.
- Manage and optimize the recruitment budget.
- Identify and analyze training needs in collaboration with managers and HR business partners.
- Lead the deployment of the training plan in collaboration with the training officer and monitor its effectiveness through KPIs.
- Manage the training budget (hours and financial) and optimize its utilization.
- Facilitate the network of School of Savoir-Faire tutors, ensuring the identification, training, and follow-up of tutors, and structure the transmission of know-how with the School.
- Improve and develop the training offer in collaboration with the headquarters (training engineering).
- Participate in the Maison's learning projects and be part of the RF community.
- Facilitate training commissions and present on this topic at the CSE.
- Promote excellence professions through LVMH projects (salons, virtuosos, IME, etc.).
- Coordinate the team of training officers around these objectives.
- Lead and supervise the deployment of the professional development agreement for support functions.
- Identify development actions in response to the Maison's challenges.
- Supervise the deployment of the Pro Maroquiniers Pathways.
- Ensure close monitoring with talents and managers by organizing career interviews.
- Identify necessary support modalities for talent development and coordinate the team accordingly.
- Raise awareness among managers about possible career paths.
- Participate in the preparation of Organizational Management Reviews with HR business partners.
- Lead talent development projects: mentoring, womanufacturing, graduate program, etc.
- Bachelor's degree +5 in HR, Communication, or HR Management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent development, or generalist HR, ideally in an industrial setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in training regulations.
- Project management skills.
- Budget monitoring expertise.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
