- Coordinate the deployment of the training plan, excluding technical skills, by sending invitations and follow-ups in collaboration with the training coordinator.
- Monitor enrollment numbers and make necessary adjustments.
- Receive and input attendance sheets into the HRIS.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory training by monitoring ongoing certifications and arranging timely renewals.
- Coordinate mandatory internal safety training and ensure completion before authorizations are signed by the factory director.
- Update tracking tables in collaboration with the HSE and health services.
- Assist in the recruitment campaign for interns and apprentices by screening resumes and conducting initial candidate contacts.
- Conduct pre-selection interviews in coordination with the recruitment officer.
- Prepare apprenticeship contracts and manage OPCO funding files.
- Participate in cross-functional HR projects aligned with personal aspirations and departmental needs.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Development.
- Strong interpersonal skills and analytical abilities.
