- Assist in the implementation, monitoring, and review of HR programs and budgets, including data preparation for monthly and bi-annual budget processes.
- Consolidate HR-related budgets such as recruitment, learning, and engagement on a monthly basis.
- Coordinate the administration of the annual compensation cycle and consolidate compensation and benefits data for market surveys and benchmarking.
- Plan, coordinate, and follow up on compliance initiatives and assist in internal investigations.
- Build partnerships with HR and functional partners to align engagement across the zone.
- Execute and follow up on ad hoc projects and initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports and generate analysis on key HR metrics and programs.
- Improve data quality through periodic validation of data consistency and accuracy.
- Support analytics initiatives through data collection, preparation, and initial analysis.
- Maintain an accurate compensation and benefits database.
- Provide ad hoc analysis and reports.
- Consolidate and follow up on presentation material for the HR VP.
- Manage travel and meeting arrangements for the HR VP.
- Track Singapore-based zone HR expenses to ensure budget alignment.
- Coordinate onboarding schedules for Zone Heads of Department and Country Heads.
- Prior HR experience or project/program management experience, with regional exposure in multinational corporations preferred.
- Degree in Human Resources Management or Business.
- Highly motivated, hands-on, results-oriented, and detail-conscious.
- Assertive, resilient, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong relationship-building and influencing capabilities.
- Resourceful and effective communicator with all levels of stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Team player with a can-do attitude.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources or project/program management, preferably with regional exposure in multinational corporations.
Degree in Human Resources Management or Business.
