Louis Vuitton Human Resources Associate

- Independently recruit a segment of talent in close collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team.
- Ensure the seamless execution of administrative processes related to employee lifecycle (onboarding, mobility, offboarding) in coordination with the Payroll & Personnel Administration team.
- Update HR dashboards and reporting.
- Support employees in their professional development (mobility, career development, training) while providing assistance to line managers.
- Contribute to HR cycle campaigns in collaboration with managerial teams and HR leadership (talent reviews, succession planning, salary reviews).
- Participate in the development and deployment of cross-functional HR projects.
- Engage in store life by leading briefings, events, and CSR initiatives.
- Previous experience in human resources, preferably within a retail environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage HR data for decision-making.
- Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS.
- Interest in HR project management with the ability to structure, lead, and implement cross-functional initiatives.
- Fluent communication in both French and English, written and spoken.
- Partner mindset with a strong sense of service and confidentiality.
- Rigorous and structured, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously with reliability.
- Team-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Autonomous and proactive, with the ability to seek appropriate support when necessary.
A minimum of initial experience in human resources is required, ideally within a retail setting.
