1. Independently recruit a segment of talent in close collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team.
2. Ensure the seamless execution of administrative processes related to employee lifecycle (onboarding, mobility, offboarding) in coordination with the Payroll & Personnel Administration team.
3. Update HR dashboards and reporting.
4. Support employees in their professional development (mobility, career development, training) while providing assistance to line managers.
5. Contribute to HR cycle campaigns in collaboration with managerial teams and HR leadership (talent reviews, succession planning, salary reviews).
6. Participate in the development and deployment of cross-functional HR projects.
7. Engage in store life by leading briefings, events, and CSR initiatives.

1. Previous experience in human resources, preferably within a retail environment.

1. Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage HR data for decision-making.
2. Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS.
3. Interest in HR project management with the ability to structure, lead, and implement cross-functional initiatives.
4. Fluent communication in both French and English, written and spoken.
5. Partner mindset with a strong sense of service and confidentiality.
6. Rigorous and structured, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously with reliability.
7. Team-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Autonomous and proactive, with the ability to seek appropriate support when necessary.

A minimum of initial experience in human resources is required, ideally within a retail setting.
