1. Manage administrative tasks related to personnel management.
2. Support team leaders with employee leave management and various HR-related topics.
3. Ensure accurate tracking and updating of reports and HR indicators.
4. Monitor the progress of the training plan in collaboration with the Training Manager, ensuring adherence to budget and time constraints.
5. Address the training needs of leather goods artisans in collaboration with team leaders and trainers, including group creation, logistics, and scheduling.
6. Plan and anticipate regulatory training sessions autonomously, maintaining comprehensive reporting.
7. Oversee the management of internal and external training files, including documentation and archiving.
8. Accurately maintain HR dashboards and verify timekeeping records.
9. Assist in the development of the following year's training plan and the annual training review.
10. Provide support to the local HR representative in various activities.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources (BAC+3/4/5).

1. Excellent interpersonal and service-oriented skills.
2. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and autonomy.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Adaptability to change and proactive problem-solving abilities.

Entry-level position suitable for candidates with limited professional experience.
