1. Assist in the implementation of HR development policies and internal communication actions within transversal projects.
2. Enhance the onboarding process and track integration pathways for new hires.
3. Monitor the execution of the annual training plan in collaboration with HR teams and managers, consolidating and analyzing data.
4. Establish a process for career interviews, categorized by profile, and formalize them using e-HR tools.
5. Participate in the annual performance campaign, coordinating and following up with Industrial and Supply Chain teams, and producing regular data analyses and reports.
6. Draft engaging job advertisements for professional social networks and update organizational charts using various HR tools.
7. Contribute to the monthly HR news publication for the Industrial & Supply Chain department.
8. Actively participate in internal communication for new workspace implementation projects.

1. Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school with a specialization in Human Resources, Communication, Event Management, or Information Systems.

1. Dynamic and adaptable with strong organizational skills and initiative.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Proficiency in English.

Entry-level position suitable for students or recent graduates.

Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field.
