1. Manage the entry of new hires into payroll systems, including DPAE and mutual insurance enrollment, and prepare employment contracts.
2. Oversee employee absence and working time management.
3. Draft amendments to employment contracts.
4. Assist in managing daily allowances with Social Security.
5. Update site management support files.
6. Aid in the creation of provident fund files.
7. Participate in cross-functional projects led by Human Resources Managers.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (BAC+3) in Human Resources.
