1. Participate in the implementation of HR development actions, including the annual performance campaign and training plan coordination.
2. Support HR teams in delivering HR deliverables related to workforce monitoring.
3. Define recruitment needs and coordinate with managers for interim and mission-based staff.
4. Ensure administrative follow-up with internal payroll managers.
5. Assist in the development of interim staff through career interviews and internalization tracking.
6. Maintain and update HR data weekly and monthly, including organizational charts and HRIS software.
7. Conduct data analysis relevant to HR policies, such as mobility, entries, exits, and absenteeism KPIs.
8. Contribute to communication initiatives within the Industrial Directorate, supporting project success and process improvement.
9. Coordinate actions in response to internal surveys, ensuring stakeholder alignment and progress tracking.

1. Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school with a specialization in Human Resources, Communication, Event Management, or Information Systems.

1. Dynamic and adaptable with strong organizational and initiative-taking abilities.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Proficient in analytical tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Fluent in English.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field.
