- Manage recruitment processes for temporary contracts, internships, and apprenticeships, including job postings, candidate selection, interviews, and onboarding.
- Optimize staffing during peak activity periods in collaboration with team members.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with educational institutions to enhance talent acquisition.
- Participate in recruitment events such as forums, fairs, and school meetings.
- Contribute to the integration of new employees by preparing hiring documents, monitoring probation periods, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Update and manage data within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Maintain and track HR dashboards, including recruitment, workforce, and absenteeism metrics.
- Coordinate temporary assignments for employees.
- Actively contribute to innovative HR projects, including employer branding, process redesign, and onboarding initiatives.
- Support teams in implementing HR projects and processes.
- Facilitate HR communication within teams.
- Assist and support the HR team with daily and recurring tasks.
- Monitor and support the internship/apprenticeship population through mid-term reviews and end-of-term evaluations.
- Currently enrolled in a higher education program in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Demonstrated rigor, agility, and autonomy in task management.
- Proactive with a strong ability to take initiative.
- Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
- Passionate about human interaction and committed to talent development.
- Creative mindset with strong writing skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role is ideal.
