1. Assist in the recruitment process, including pre-selection of candidates.
2. Serve as the point of contact for managers to ensure successful onboarding and offboarding of employees.
3. Contribute to the deployment of HR projects and initiatives such as training plans, career paths, HR analytics, and employee engagement.
4. Support the HR Manager with daily HR tasks.
5. Manage internal digital communication, including preparing and publishing internal announcements and mobility updates.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school or university with a specialization in Human Resources.
2. Possess a proactive, organized, and motivated nature with a prior experience in Human Resources.

1. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with multiple stakeholders.
2. Strong service orientation and client-focused approach.
3. Creative and innovative mindset with a continuous improvement focus.
4. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
5. Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.

Entry-level position suitable for candidates with initial experience in Human Resources.
