1. Assist the Human Resources Manager for the EMEA headquarters in recruitment processes, including pre-selection of candidates.
2. Serve as the primary contact for managers to ensure successful onboarding and offboarding of employees.
3. Contribute to the deployment of HR projects and initiatives such as training plans, career paths, HR analytics, and employee engagement.
4. Support the HR Manager with daily HR tasks and responsibilities.
5. Manage internal digital communication, including preparing internal announcements and publishing mobility and mission updates.

1. Enrolled in a business school or university with a specialization in Human Resources.

1. Organized, proactive, and motivated with a strong customer service orientation.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting with multiple stakeholders.
3. Creative and innovative, with a focus on continuous improvement.
4. Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
5. Skilled in using Excel and PowerPoint.

A first experience in Human Resources is required.

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field.

Participation in an integration day with new employees and evaluations at mid-term and end of the internship to assess skill acquisition.
