Louis Vuitton Human Resources Assistant Intern

- Assist in the implementation of HR development policies and internal communication actions within transversal projects.
- Enhance the onboarding process and track integration pathways for new hires in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Monitor the execution of the annual training plan in partnership with HR teams and managers, consolidating and analyzing data and tracking key performance indicators.
- Establish a process for career interviews, organized by profile category, formalized through interview support and archived via e-HR tools.
- Participate in the annual performance campaign, ensuring coordination and follow-up with Industrial and Supply Chain teams, and produce regular data analyses and reports.
- Draft engaging and tailored job advertisements for professional social networks, working on new formats for integration and mobility announcements, and systematically updating organizational charts using various HR tools.
- Contribute to the monthly drafting of HR news for dissemination within the Industrial & Supply Chain department.
- Actively participate in internal communication for the implementation of new workspaces.
- Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school, or equivalent, with a specialization in Human Resources, Communication, Event Management, or Information Systems.
- Dynamic and adaptable with strong organizational skills and initiative.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English.
Entry-level position suitable for students or recent graduates.
Currently pursuing a degree in business, engineering, or a related field with a focus on Human Resources, Communication, Event Management, or Information Systems.
