- Assist in the recruitment of interns and apprentices across various disciplines, from initial manager briefings to extending offers to candidates.
- Facilitate the integration and ongoing support of interns and apprentices, including organizing orientation days and conducting follow-up assessments.
- Coordinate and animate the intern and apprentice community through internal events throughout the year.
- Participate in school outreach activities to represent Louis Vuitton and attract emerging talent.
- Support the Talent Acquisition team with cross-functional projects, talent pools, and recruitment initiatives.
- Currently enrolled in a Human Resources, Business School, or equivalent program.
- Previous internship experience in recruitment or HR is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proactive and enthusiastic with a keen interest in luxury fashion.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
Entry-level; suitable for students with some prior internship experience in recruitment or HR.
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
