1. Assist in the recruitment of interns and apprentices across various disciplines, from initial manager briefings to extending offers to candidates.
2. Facilitate the integration and ongoing support of interns and apprentices, including organizing orientation days and conducting follow-up assessments.
3. Coordinate and animate the intern and apprentice community through internal events throughout the year.
4. Participate in school outreach activities to represent Louis Vuitton and attract emerging talent.
5. Support the Talent Acquisition team with cross-functional projects, talent pools, and recruitment initiatives.

1. Currently enrolled in a Human Resources, Business School, or equivalent program.
2. Previous internship experience in recruitment or HR is advantageous.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
3. Proactive and enthusiastic with a keen interest in luxury fashion.
4. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.

Entry-level; suitable for students with some prior internship experience in recruitment or HR.

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
