- Collaborate in the Risk Assessment process and implement preventive measures for workplace safety and health.
- Prepare Interference Risk Assessment Documents (DUVRI) and verify the technical-professional suitability of contracting companies.
- Develop, control, and update company procedures and operational instructions related to health, safety, and environment.
- Manage health surveillance, including organizing periodic medical examinations and mandatory safety training.
- Collect and monitor improvement actions, reported risks, and alerts from departments.
- Provide basic safety training for newly hired personnel or those on temporary assignments in other departments.
- Prepare reports on accidents/near-misses and safety and environmental KPIs.
- Support Supervisors in ensuring compliance with safety procedures and operational instructions.
- Manage purchase orders for consumables and equipment related to the safety and environmental system.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement projects across the Environment and Safety area, shared internationally.
- Technical Engineering Degree or Master's in Health, Safety, and Environment topics.
- In-depth knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations (D.Lgs 81/2008).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the role, preferably within industrial contexts.
- Excellent communication and team facilitation skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in English and/or French.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and preferably SAP.
- Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within industrial settings.
Technical Engineering Degree or Master's in Health, Safety, and Environment.
