1. Collaborate in the Risk Assessment process and implement preventive measures for workplace safety and health.
2. Prepare Interference Risk Assessment Documents (DUVRI) and verify the technical-professional suitability of contracting companies.
3. Develop, control, and update company procedures and operational instructions related to health, safety, and environment.
4. Manage health surveillance, including organizing periodic medical examinations and mandatory safety training.
5. Collect and monitor improvement actions, reported risks, and alerts from departments.
6. Provide basic safety training for newly hired personnel or those on temporary assignments in other departments.
7. Prepare reports on accidents/near-misses and safety and environmental KPIs.
8. Support Supervisors in ensuring compliance with safety procedures and operational instructions.
9. Manage purchase orders for consumables and equipment related to the safety and environmental system.
10. Actively participate in continuous improvement projects across the Environment and Safety area, shared internationally.

1. Technical Engineering Degree or Master's in Health, Safety, and Environment topics.
2. In-depth knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations (D.Lgs 81/2008).
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the role, preferably within industrial contexts.

1. Excellent communication and team facilitation skills.
2. Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
3. Proficiency in English and/or French.
4. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and preferably SAP.
5. Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.

At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within industrial settings.
