2. Monitor, analyze, and propose improvements related to environmental indicators.
3. Communicate and make environmental indicators visible to all workshop employees.
4. Collaborate with internal and external teams to plan and execute waste reduction initiatives.
5. Conduct regulatory monitoring to ensure compliance with new environmental standards and regulations.
6. Participate in additional Health, Safety, and Environment tasks as needed.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Environment, Sustainable Development, or a related field.

1. Autonomous with excellent interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to lead and animate workgroups.
3. Organized, rigorous, and creative with a strong ability to propose solutions.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Master's degree in progress in Environment, Sustainable Development, or equivalent field.
