- Develop and continuously update the company's Risk Assessment Document (DVR) in compliance with legislative decree 81/08.
- Evaluate risk factors and implement safety and health measures for workplace environments in accordance with current regulations.
- Design preventive and protective measures.
- Propose and implement worker information and training programs.
- Manage and verify the correct use of company Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Coordinate with the Competent Doctor to schedule employee health surveillance.
- Oversee emergency and incident prevention and response coordination.
- Prepare necessary documentation for managing interferences related to contracted activities (D.U.V.R.I., as per article 26 of legislative decree 81/08).
- Ensure compliance of equipment and installations provided to workers.
- Manage relationships with regulatory bodies and health agreements.
- Coordinate waste management activities and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
- Develop and define operational procedures related to waste handling, including safety considerations.
- Supervise the proper functioning of purification plants and atmospheric emission treatments.
- Oversee correct waste storage methods at the facility.
- Verify authorizations of suppliers responsible for waste transport and disposal.
- Regularly update and verify necessary documentation for operations.
- Provide reports to management.
- Specialized degree in technical-scientific disciplines.
- RSPP training and certification (modules A+B+C).
- Qualification as a Health and Safety Trainer.
- Comprehensive knowledge of environment and safety policies, laws, and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in dynamic environments.
- Fluency in English and/or French.
- Empathy, organizational, and communication skills.
A minimum of 10 years in a similar role is required.
Specialized degree in technical-scientific disciplines.
