1. Develop and continuously update the company's Risk Assessment Document (DVR) in compliance with legislative decree 81/08.
2. Evaluate risk factors and implement safety and health measures for workplace environments in accordance with current regulations.
3. Design preventive and protective measures.
4. Propose and implement worker information and training programs.
5. Manage and verify the correct use of company Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
6. Coordinate with the Competent Doctor to schedule employee health surveillance.
7. Oversee emergency and incident prevention and response coordination.
8. Prepare necessary documentation for managing interferences related to contracted activities (D.U.V.R.I., as per article 26 of legislative decree 81/08).
9. Ensure compliance of equipment and installations provided to workers.
10. Manage relationships with regulatory bodies and health agreements.
11. Coordinate waste management activities and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
12. Develop and define operational procedures related to waste handling, including safety considerations.
13. Supervise the proper functioning of purification plants and atmospheric emission treatments.
14. Oversee correct waste storage methods at the facility.
15. Verify authorizations of suppliers responsible for waste transport and disposal.
16. Regularly update and verify necessary documentation for operations.
17. Provide reports to management.

1. Specialized degree in technical-scientific disciplines.
2. RSPP training and certification (modules A+B+C).
3. Qualification as a Health and Safety Trainer.

1. Comprehensive knowledge of environment and safety policies, laws, and regulations.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Ability to work in dynamic environments.
4. Fluency in English and/or French.
5. Empathy, organizational, and communication skills.

A minimum of 10 years in a similar role is required.

Specialized degree in technical-scientific disciplines.
