1. Develop and continuously update the company's Risk Assessment Document (DVR) in compliance with legislative decree 81/08.
2. Evaluate risk factors and implement safety and health measures in the workplace, ensuring adherence to current regulations.
3. Design preventive and protective measures.
4. Propose and implement worker information and training programs.
5. Manage and verify the correct use of company Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
6. Coordinate health surveillance of workers in collaboration with the Competent Doctor.
7. Oversee emergency and incident prevention and response coordination.
8. Prepare necessary documentation for managing interferences related to subcontracted activities (D.U.V.R.I., as per art. 26 D.Lgs. 81/08).
9. Ensure compliance of equipment and installations provided to workers.
10. Manage relationships with regulatory bodies and health agreements.
11. Coordinate waste management activities and compliance with environmental regulations.
12. Develop and define operational procedures related to waste handling, including safety considerations.
13. Supervise the proper functioning of purification plants and atmospheric emission treatments.
14. Oversee correct waste storage methods at the facility.
15. Verify authorizations of suppliers responsible for waste transport and disposal.
16. Periodically verify and update necessary operational documents.
17. Provide reports to management.

1. Specialized degree in technical-scientific disciplines
2. RSPP training with relevant certification (modules A+B+C)
3. Qualification as a Health and Safety Trainer
4. In-depth knowledge of environmental and safety policies, laws, and regulations

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
2. Ability to work in dynamic environments
3. Good command of English and/or French
4. Empathy and strong organizational and communication skills

A minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role is required.
