1. Coordinate and lead health, safety, and environmental initiatives at the Ardèche workshops.
2. Drive health and safety strategies and engage managers in these initiatives.
3. Facilitate Health/Safety Committees and ensure regulatory compliance in collaboration with Technical, HR, and CHSCT departments.
4. Consolidate health and safety indicators and lead prevention and ergonomic measures.
5. Optimize and manage environmental systems in compliance with current regulations.
6. Conduct regulatory monitoring and provide recommendations for procedures, audits, and training.
7. Prepare mandatory declarations and track headquarters' performance indicators.
8. Contribute to environmental communication campaigns.

1. Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Health, and Safety or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in an industrial setting.
3. Strong focus on workplace ergonomics.

2. Strong regulatory knowledge in health, safety, and environmental standards.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in an industrial environment with a focus on health, safety, and environmental management.
