Louis Vuitton HSE Manager

- Coordinate and oversee the implementation of health, safety, and environmental strategies for a manufacturing workshop.
- Ensure the development and maintenance of the risk assessment document, updating it regularly and engaging with management and the CSSCT.
- Act as a liaison for safety-related matters, including equipment and installations, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Evaluate risks for external services on-site and ensure the implementation of prevention plans.
- Monitor workplace accidents, maintain records, and develop preventive and corrective action plans.
- Define and implement safety training programs for new employees and ongoing staff development.
- Promote a culture of safety through communication and engagement initiatives.
- Serve as the primary contact for CSSCT members and building safety support services.
- Manage personal protective equipment (PPE) availability and distribution.
- Develop and manage the site's environmental system, ensuring compliance with French and European regulations.
- Coordinate projects aimed at economic and environmental efficiency, including energy balance and waste management.
- Lead environmental action plans and certification processes for ISO14001 and ISO45001.
- Oversee building maintenance services, ensuring effective service delivery and KPI monitoring.
- Engineering degree with a specialization in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a demanding industrial environment.
- Pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively on-site and engage with various stakeholders.
