1. Coordinate and oversee the implementation of health, safety, and environmental strategies for a manufacturing workshop.
2. Ensure the development and maintenance of the risk assessment document, updating it regularly and engaging with management and the CSSCT.
3. Act as a liaison for safety-related matters, including equipment and installations, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
4. Evaluate risks for external services on-site and ensure the implementation of prevention plans.
5. Monitor workplace accidents, maintain records, and develop preventive and corrective action plans.
6. Define and implement safety training programs for new employees and ongoing staff development.
7. Promote a culture of safety through communication and engagement initiatives.
8. Serve as the primary contact for CSSCT members and building safety support services.
9. Manage personal protective equipment (PPE) availability and distribution.
10. Develop and manage the site's environmental system, ensuring compliance with French and European regulations.
11. Coordinate projects aimed at economic and environmental efficiency, including energy balance and waste management.
12. Lead environmental action plans and certification processes for ISO14001 and ISO45001.
13. Oversee building maintenance services, ensuring effective service delivery and KPI monitoring.

1. Engineering degree with a specialization in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE).
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a demanding industrial environment.
