- Coordinate and lead the implementation of health, safety, and environmental strategies for a manufacturing workshop in alignment with Louis Vuitton's defined strategy.
- Ensure the development and monitoring of the single document for risk assessment, updating it, and engaging management and the CSSCT in its implementation.
- Act as a liaison for manufacturing and all workshop services on safety-related topics, including layout, machinery, equipment, installations, and periodic checks.
- Serve as the primary contact with external companies, ensuring risk assessments for on-site services and drafting and enforcing prevention plans.
- Monitor workplace accidents in collaboration with the nurse, recording incidents, generating follow-up indicators, conducting root cause analyses, and identifying preventive and corrective action plans.
- Define and manage the safety training pathway, including onboarding for new arrivals and the deployment of training sessions.
- Foster a safety culture among all employees by defining and implementing communication and animation actions related to safety.
- Act as the main contact with CSSCT members, preparing and leading meetings.
- Be the primary liaison with support services responsible for building security.
- Manage personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure their availability.
- Define, implement, and manage the site's environmental system.
- Ensure regulatory monitoring and make necessary recommendations to comply with French and European regulatory changes.
- Coordinate economic and financial gain projects related to energy balance, emissions, and environmental impact.
- Participate in contract reviews with environmental service providers, particularly in defining specifications.
- Lead the site's environmental indicators and manage the environmental action plan, including initiatives related to ISO14001 and ISO45001 certifications.
- Oversee the service provider responsible for building maintenance, requiring on-site presence to ensure service delivery.
- Organize follow-up meetings with the service provider, monitoring various KPIs.
- Engineering degree with a specialization in HSE.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a demanding industrial environment.
- Pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively on-site and engage with teams.
