- Coordinate and oversee health, safety, and environmental initiatives in alignment with Louis Vuitton's strategy for the Asnières manufacturing workshop.
- Ensure the development and monitoring of the risk assessment document, updating it and engaging management and the Health, Safety, and Working Conditions Committee (CSSCT).
- Act as a liaison for safety-related matters, including facility layout, machinery, equipment, and periodic inspections.
- Serve as the primary contact for external companies, assessing on-site service risks, drafting prevention plans, and ensuring their implementation.
- Monitor workplace accidents in collaboration with the on-site nurse, recording incidents, analyzing causes, and identifying preventive and corrective actions.
- Define and implement the safety training program, including onboarding for new employees and ongoing training deployment.
- Promote a safety culture through communication and engagement initiatives.
- Act as the main contact for CSSCT members, preparing and leading meetings.
- Oversee personal protective equipment (PPE) availability and distribution.
- Develop and manage the site's environmental system, ensuring compliance with French and European regulations.
- Coordinate projects to achieve economic and financial gains in energy balance, emissions, and environmental impact.
- Participate in contract reviews with environmental service providers, particularly in defining specifications.
- Lead the site's environmental action plan, including initiatives related to ISO14001 and ISO45001 certifications.
- Train teams as needed.
- Engineering degree with a specialization in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a demanding industrial environment.
- Pragmatic approach and strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in managing health, safety, and environmental systems.
- Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
A minimum of 5 years in a rigorous industrial setting is required.
Engineering degree with HSE specialization.
