1. Implement action plans to meet regulatory and normative requirements.
2. Lead production teams in analyzing minor accidents and environmental risks.
3. Coordinate the drafting and implementation of procedures.
4. Conduct personnel training.
5. Manage waste tracking and disposal.
6. Conduct field audits.
7. Monitor group reporting and annual environmental assessments.
8. Facilitate the internal environmental group, Ardech’éco.
9. Contribute to the health and safety management system.
10. Manage documentation systems.
11. Analyze and follow up on health, safety, and environmental action plans.
12. Update risk assessments (DUER).
13. Conduct ergonomic job analyses.
14. Perform accident analyses (Root Cause Analysis, 5 Whys, etc.).
15. Facilitate safety training modules.
16. Conduct chemical risk assessments and follow-ups.
17. Communicate health and safety information.
18. Update and monitor safety KPIs.
19. Complete VRC via SEIRICH.

1. Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program (BAC+4) specializing in Health, Safety, and Environment.

2. Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
3. Autonomous with excellent listening skills.
4. Recognized for rigor and attention to detail.
5. Sensitivity to fieldwork experiences.

Entry-level experience is acceptable.

Currently pursuing a BAC+4 in Health, Safety, and Environment.

The position offers a two-year apprenticeship starting in August/September 2025, with opportunities for continuous learning and professional development in a supportive environment.
