- Coordinate and implement health and safety initiatives and environmental systems for the Malissard warehouse.
- Develop and oversee the safety strategy in alignment with Louis Vuitton's safety policies and industrial logistics requirements.
- Ensure the creation and maintenance of the risk assessment document, updating it regularly and engaging management in its application.
- Act as a liaison for safety-related matters across the warehouse, including layout, machinery, equipment, and installations.
- Serve as the primary contact for external companies, evaluating on-site service risks and drafting prevention plans.
- Monitor workplace accidents in collaboration with HR, documenting incidents, analyzing causes, and identifying preventive and corrective actions.
- Define and implement health and safety training programs, including onboarding for new employees and ongoing training initiatives.
- Promote a culture of health and safety through communication and engagement activities.
- Manage personal protective equipment (PPE) availability and distribution.
- Coordinate the workplace health initiative, ensuring effective implementation and performance analysis.
- Prepare and lead monthly steering committee meetings, reporting key indicators centrally.
- Analyze absenteeism and correlate action plans with HR to address health-related issues.
- Participate in ergonomic solution research and deployment to enhance working conditions.
- Define, implement, and manage the site's environmental system, ensuring compliance with French and European regulations.
- Coordinate projects aimed at economic and financial gains related to energy balance, emissions, and environmental impact.
- Participate in contract reviews with environmental service providers, focusing on waste removal and related services.
- Lead environmental indicator management and action plan execution.
- Provide environmental training to teams as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a specialization in HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an industrial setting.
