- Define and lead the safety strategy in alignment with the company's security policies and industrial logistics requirements.
- Ensure the development and maintenance of the risk assessment document, updating it regularly and conducting regulatory monitoring.
- Act as the liaison for safety-related matters within the warehouse, ensuring compliance with safety standards for equipment and installations.
- Collaborate with external companies to evaluate on-site risks and ensure the implementation of preventive measures.
- Monitor workplace accidents, maintain records, and develop preventive and corrective action plans in collaboration with HR.
- Oversee health and safety training programs, including onboarding for new employees and ongoing training initiatives.
- Promote a culture of health and safety through communication and engagement initiatives.
- Manage environmental systems on-site, ensuring compliance with French and European regulations.
- Coordinate projects aimed at economic and environmental efficiency, including energy balance and waste management.
- Conduct training for teams on environmental protocols and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a specialization in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE).
- 5 to 10 years of experience in an industrial setting.
