1. Assist in the deployment of the company's Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policy.
2. Manage the occupational health and safety management system.
3. Oversee the documentation system.
4. Monitor and analyze health and safety action plans.
5. Conduct risk assessments (DUER).
6. Perform accident and incident analyses using the 5P method.
7. Facilitate training modules, such as safety inductions.
8. Manage chemical risks and Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
9. Ensure effective communication regarding health and safety.
10. Update and track Safety KPIs.
11. Implement the environmental policy.
12. Participate in Safety/Environment Steering Committees.

1. Specialized education in QHSE (Bachelor's degree +4/5).
2. Ideally, some initial experience in an industrial setting.

1. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing tools.
2. Proficiency in IT tools.
3. Strong autonomy, rigor, and initiative.
4. Excellent relational, analytical, and synthesis skills.
5. Teamwork orientation and preference for fieldwork.

Entry-level, ideally with some exposure to an industrial environment.

Bachelor's degree +4/5 in QHSE or related field.
