- Adapt HRIS tools in collaboration with central eHR teams to meet business needs, including advanced reporting, forms, new functionalities, and automations.
- Lead and optimize digital HR processes in alignment with local operational requirements.
- Draft functional specifications and oversee testing phases during tool evolutions.
- Ensure the quality and integrity of HR data by identifying anomalies and implementing corrective plans.
- Conduct data analyses to provide relevant insights and support HR decision-making.
- Promote the adoption of digital tools among HR teams through communication, training, and change management initiatives.
- Develop business cases and validate user acceptance testing (UAT) for digital HR evolutions.
- Collaborate closely with central eHR teams to align regional needs with global standards.
- Organize training sessions to enhance digital competencies of HR teams.
- Contribute to the enhancement of digital HR and employee experience by implementing innovative tools.
- Participate in strategic HR projects such as ATS, career sites, learning platforms, and KPIs, ensuring successful deployment.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent command of office tools, particularly advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with HRIS, reporting, or data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Knowledge of Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or ATS is a plus.
- Previous experience in managing digital HR projects is appreciated.
- Organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders.
- Strong client orientation and solution-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in data management and analysis, with a reputation for data accuracy.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to structure clear and impactful business cases.
- Expertise in digital HR tools and a keen interest in technological innovation.
- Ability to facilitate change and promote the adoption of new tools.
