Louis Vuitton HRBP Assistant Intern

- Assist the HR Business Partner (HRBP) with recruitment, career management, training, and HR administration.
- Prepare job offers and draft employment contracts and bonus plans.
- Organize onboarding packages for new hires.
- Prepare HR certificates and other relevant documents.
- Register employees for training sessions and track trial periods.
- Screen candidates to support the recruitment team.
- Maintain and update employee files and run daily HR reports.
- Ensure accurate HRIS updates for employee entries, exits, and changes.
- Address HRIS issues and manage entry and exit procedures.
- Deliver monthly updated organizational charts.
- Create and track HR purchase orders and collaborate with the Finance team on budget and costs.
- Work with HR Operations and payroll teams on various HR topics and projects.
- Manage the company's gift policy and support internal communications.
- Provide monthly vacancy updates for the internal newsletter.
- Assist in organizing annual staff events such as after-work gatherings and Christmas parties.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Previous internship experience in an HR role is preferred.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Flexibility and customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Maintaining confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Entry-level experience, ideally with a prior internship in HR.
Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration.
