1. Assist the HR Business Partner (HRBP) with recruitment, career management, training, and HR administration.
2. Prepare job offers and draft employment contracts and bonus plans.
3. Organize onboarding packages for new hires.
4. Prepare HR certificates and other relevant documents.
5. Register employees for training sessions and track trial periods.
6. Screen candidates to support the recruitment team.
7. Maintain and update employee files and run daily HR reports.
8. Ensure accurate HRIS updates for employee entries, exits, and changes.
9. Address HRIS issues and manage entry and exit procedures.
10. Deliver monthly updated organizational charts.
11. Create and track HR purchase orders and collaborate with the Finance team on budget and costs.
12. Work with HR Operations and payroll teams on various HR topics and projects.
13. Manage the company's gift policy and support internal communications.
14. Provide monthly vacancy updates for the internal newsletter.
15. Assist in organizing annual staff events such as after-work gatherings and Christmas parties.

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
2. Previous internship experience in an HR role is preferred.
