Louis Vuitton HR Training Assistant Intern

- Assist in the monitoring and updating of the training plan, including needs assessment, validation of training actions, and budget provision.
- Contribute to the budgetary tracking of the training plan using SAP and reporting tools, including the creation of new suppliers and invoice management.
- Manage training registrations with external organizations or internal trainers.
- Compile and update training files.
- Organize on-site internal training sessions, including room booking, preparation of attendance sheets, and coordination of breaks.
- Support HR development projects.
- Animate internal communication platforms with innovative ideas, including themes, slogans, and graphics.
- Participate in the organization and planning of internal events, such as site visits and employee events.
- Currently pursuing a specialized degree in Human Resources at a Bac +4 level.
- Previous experience in Human Resources, particularly in training management and HR project development.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
