1. Assist in the monitoring and updating of the training plan, including needs assessment, validation of training actions, and budget provision.
2. Contribute to the budgetary tracking of the training plan using SAP and reporting tools, including the creation of new suppliers and invoice management.
3. Manage training registrations with external organizations or internal trainers.
4. Compile and update training files.
5. Organize on-site internal training sessions, including room booking, preparation of attendance sheets, and coordination of breaks.
6. Support HR development projects.
7. Animate internal communication platforms with innovative ideas, including themes, slogans, and graphics.
8. Participate in the organization and planning of internal events, such as site visits and employee events.

1. Currently pursuing a specialized degree in Human Resources at a Bac +4 level.
2. Previous experience in Human Resources, particularly in training management and HR project development.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
4. Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills.
5. Proficiency in English is an advantage.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
