1. Contribute to the creation and implementation of Talent Development & Next Generation programs globally.
2. Support the design and execution of internal and external Next Generation Programs, including Graduate and VIE Programs.
3. Assist in executing a global school relationship roadmap.
4. Facilitate the community of Next Generation Talents and HR Ambassadors through communication actions and event organization.
5. Define and analyze Next Generation related metrics and prepare presentations and reports.
6. Conduct competitive intelligence research on HR trends and initiatives.
7. Participate in monthly meetings with the international Talent Development community.
8. Support the creation and updating of HR development documents and presentations.
9. Analyze and monitor key HR indicators to understand talent better.
10. Design and implement tools for recurring analyses.
11. Measure the effectiveness and impact of HR actions.

1. Student in Human Resources, Business School, University or equivalent.
2. Passion for Talent Development and curiosity for HR trends and innovation.

1. Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and presentation, especially with Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Entrepreneurial approach and attention to detail.
3. Team spirit and strong sense of confidentiality.
4. Fluency in English; French is a plus.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.

Currently enrolled in a Human Resources, Business School, or equivalent program.
