1. Act as a strategic partner for managers, guiding and supporting personnel-related decisions.
2. Implement training and development activities to enhance employee competencies.
3. Evaluate employee performance and provide ongoing guidance and feedback.

5. Define the selection process, involving managers in choosing the best candidates.

1. Bachelor's degree in Economics, Law, or Humanities.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a production environment. Experience in leather goods and accessories is a plus.
3. Fluent in English; knowledge of French is preferred.
