3. Excellent leadership, listening, and mentoring abilities.
4. Ability to manage multiple requests from managers and employees, prioritizing effectively.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Exceptional interpersonal and empathetic skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely in various situations.
7. Conflict resolution skills.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a production setting, ideally within the leather goods and accessories sector.

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Law, or Humanities.
