1. Manage and oversee the operational and strategic payroll cycle in collaboration with an external payroll service provider.
2. Provide administrative support for designated areas within a holistic business partner model.
3. Analyze and provide relevant KPIs, optimizing internal HR controlling processes.
4. Create comprehensive reports for Louis Vuitton Germany, incorporating key HR controlling metrics such as monthly and annual reports.
5. Input and maintain relevant data, creating analyses and statistics using the HRIS.
6. Implement new and existing HRIS campaigns within the LVMH talent and performance management framework.
7. Develop and implement variable compensation and commission models, as well as employee benefits programs.
8. Lead and support projects across the entire HR value chain.

1. Completed degree in business administration with a focus on human resource management, business education, law, psychology, or a comparable qualification.
2. Several years of experience as an HR Specialist, with expertise in compensation and benefits, controlling, and HRIS.
3. Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for the retail industry.
4. Intellectual curiosity combined with agility.
5. Excellent knowledge of payroll tax law, social security law, and labor law.
