Louis Vuitton HR Operations Advisor

- Coordinate SAP purchase orders and follow up on invoices for the HR department, including vendor creation.
- Update organizational charts for the Mediterranean region in both PDF and payroll systems.
- Prepare various HR certificates and vouchers, such as seniority certificates.
- Serve as the point of contact for key HR communications, including Retail Magazine and announcements.
- Support new employees through the onboarding process, including benefits registration.
- Maintain the online talent database for employee registration and deregistration.
- Manage pre-employment declarations and enrollments with service providers.
- Ensure compliance with employee registration on the UCAGECI platform.
- Monitor termination procedures with internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and updated employee archives, both physical and digital.
- Collect monthly payroll incidences and prepare documentation for labor compliance.
- Graduated from a Business School or University with a degree in HR or Business Administration.
- Ability to formalize a 'contrato de practicas' under Spanish labor law.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail or luxury field, or within an HR department.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Agile and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
- Service-oriented with strong communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Knowledge of SAP MyPO system.
Entry-level experience required, with a preference for candidates with previous exposure to the retail or luxury sectors or HR departments.
Degree in HR or Business Administration from a recognized institution.
