- Contribute to the establishment and development of the new warehouse in Italy, focusing on team structuring and growth.
- Act as a strategic business partner for the warehouse management team, aligning people with the company's vision to achieve business objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on daily HR-related activities and issues.
- Communicate policies, job responsibilities, conditions, compensation and benefits, job opportunities, and other relevant information to employees.
- Adapt and enforce HR guidelines and policies to meet local needs.
- Cultivate a committed team and foster a trustworthy environment.
- Maintain a positive social climate and manage relationships with internal union representatives.
- Ensure compliance with laws, internal rules, policies, and collective agreements.
- Negotiate local agreements in line with business needs, such as working time arrangements.
- Implement and monitor safety and security guidelines and KPIs across departments.
- Support business targets through operational indicators.
- Attract and interview candidates, advising managers on selection processes.
- Plan and organize induction programs for new employees, monitoring probation periods.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop succession plans.
- Enhance individual and team performance and ensure adherence to workplace culture.
- Oversee the annual performance review cycle and compliance with compensation and benefits policies.
- Manage performance and disciplinary issues in accordance with the law.
- Participate in HR activities and projects at both Maison and Group levels.
- Master’s Degree in HR Management or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of HR management experience in a manufacturing environment
- In-depth knowledge of Italian Labour Law and HR legal compliance
- Proven leadership skills with integrity and impactful leadership
- Hands-on attitude with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate others
- Proficiency in change management
- Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working collaboratively within cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
- Fluency in Italian and English, French is a plus

A minimum of 10 years of experience in HR management within a manufacturing environment is required.
Master’s Degree in HR Management or related field
