1. Contribute to the establishment and development of the new warehouse in Italy, focusing on team structuring and growth.
2. Act as a strategic business partner for the warehouse management team, aligning people with the company's vision to achieve business objectives.
3. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on daily HR-related activities and issues.
4. Communicate policies, job responsibilities, conditions, compensation and benefits, job opportunities, and other relevant information to employees.
5. Adapt and enforce HR guidelines and policies to meet local needs.
6. Cultivate a committed team and foster a trustworthy environment.
7. Maintain a positive social climate and manage relationships with internal union representatives.
8. Ensure compliance with laws, internal rules, policies, and collective agreements.
9. Negotiate local agreements in line with business needs, such as working time arrangements.
10. Implement and monitor safety and security guidelines and KPIs across departments.
11. Support business targets through operational indicators.
12. Attract and interview candidates, advising managers on selection processes.
13. Plan and organize induction programs for new employees, monitoring probation periods.
14. Collaborate with the leadership team to develop succession plans.
15. Enhance individual and team performance and ensure adherence to workplace culture.
16. Oversee the annual performance review cycle and compliance with compensation and benefits policies.
17. Manage performance and disciplinary issues in accordance with the law.
18. Participate in HR activities and projects at both Maison and Group levels.

1. Master’s Degree in HR Management or related field
2. Minimum of 10 years of HR management experience in a manufacturing environment
3. In-depth knowledge of Italian Labour Law and HR legal compliance
4. Proven leadership skills with integrity and impactful leadership
5. Hands-on attitude with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
6. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate others
7. Proficiency in change management
8. Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
9. Experience working collaboratively within cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
10. Fluency in Italian and English, French is a plus

A minimum of 10 years of experience in HR management within a manufacturing environment is required.
