1. Serve as the primary HR partner for managers and employees at the EMEA retail headquarters, ensuring alignment with the company's HR strategy.
2. Foster a corporate culture consistent with the values of Louis Vuitton and the EMEA retail sector, emphasizing CSR values and a cohesive mission.
3. Advise and support executive committee members, directors, and managers on HR issues, including talent management, skill development, performance enhancement, and individual disputes.
4. Oversee recruitment processes, facilitate talent integration and development, and manage internal mobility and succession planning.
5. Lead talent and organizational reviews (OMR) to identify potential and implement tailored development plans.
6. Contribute to the deployment of HR projects, including training, diversity, workplace quality, onboarding, and HRIS initiatives.
7. Develop and manage budgets, ensuring adherence to financial commitments, and oversee payroll and annual salary review processes.

1. Advanced degree (Bac+5) from a business school, engineering school, or university.
2. Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in human resources.

1. Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of retail and headquarters challenges.
2. Fluency in English.
3. Ability to work closely with teams, demonstrating both rigor and passion.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in human resources is required.

Advanced degree (Bac+5) from a recognized institution.
