1. Implement HR strategies and develop localized approaches to enhance HR functions.
2. Create and execute action plans addressing strategic needs, aligning operational requirements with HR functions.
3. Consolidate and implement HR processes at the country level.
4. Develop and manage operational metrics to assess HR effectiveness.
5. Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
6. Provide advice and support to managers on regulations and rules.
7. Conduct regular store visits to engage with employees and reinforce company culture.
8. Oversee the talent acquisition process, partnering with managers to develop broad talent acquisition strategies.
9. Manage performance and development.
10. Provide personal counseling to employees to resolve employee relations issues.
11. Provide effective coaching, counseling, and disciplinary strategies.
12. Ensure compliance with local labor law.

1. Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

4. Ability to deliver excellence with agility.
5. Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related software.
6. Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
