7. Conduct regular store visits to engage with employees and reinforce company culture.
8. Oversee the talent acquisition process, partnering with managers to develop broad talent acquisition strategies.
9. Manage performance and development.
10. Provide personal counseling to employees to resolve employee relations issues.
11. Provide effective coaching, counseling, and disciplinary strategies.
12. Ensure compliance with local labor law.

1. Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
