1. Support the consolidation of regional retail HRBP work by collecting, organizing, and analyzing data for business decision-making.
2. Assist in the promotion and implementation of HR projects, including cultural events, employee engagement, talent recruitment, and development initiatives.
3. Complete temporary tasks assigned by HRBP to ensure timely and high-quality work delivery.

1. Minimum commitment of 3 work days per week, preferably 4-5 days.
2. Commitment to a minimum 6-month internship.
3. Fluent in English.
4. Previous internship experience in HR is preferred.
5. Strong sensitivity to people, curiosity, agility, and resilience.
6. Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
7. Good team player and quick learner.
8. Experience in video editing and social media operation is preferred.
