1. Lead talent acquisition processes, managing recruitment for Client Advisors and head office interns, and tracking their development.
2. Serve as the primary contact for internal HR communications and develop new communication initiatives.
3. Support the organization of training programs, including liaising with suppliers, managing delegate registrations, and handling logistics.
4. Draft official employee documents, maintain accurate HR systems, and ensure data integrity.
5. Assist in organizing and coordinating various HR projects, such as internal communication events, employer branding initiatives, and salary reviews.

1. Bachelor's degree in humanities or economics; a Master's in HR is advantageous.
2. Previous internship experience in HR is preferred.
3. Fluency in English and Italian.
