1. Lead recruitment processes for Client Advisors and head office interns, collaborating closely with HR Business Partners.
2. Manage internal communications related to HR topics and develop new communication initiatives.
3. Support the organization of training programs, including supplier contact, delegate registration, and logistics.
4. Draft official employee documents and ensure HR systems are up-to-date and accurate.
5. Assist with the coordination and delivery of various HR projects, such as internal communication events and employer branding initiatives.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Humanities or Economics.
2. Master's degree in Human Resources is a plus.
3. Previous internship experience in HR is appreciated.

1. Fluent in English and Italian.
2. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
3. Digital proficiency and familiarity with HR systems.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proactive, innovative, and able to work independently with a team spirit.

Beginner level experience, ideally with a previous internship in HR.
